You can make dishes from many plants that grow in Indonesia.

Buah Mentimun secara ilmiah dikenal sebagai Melon Sativus, buah ini baik dimakan segar atau dibuat acar. Acar ini termasuk salah satu makanan favorit saya karena rasanya yang segar dan gurih. Buah mentimun ini biasanya memepunyai ukuran panjang sekitar enam sampai sembilan inci, meskipun ada juga yang penjangnya melebih itu atau bahkan bisa kurang dari itu.

Manfaat buah mentimun


Daging dari buah mentimun ini sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh karena terkandung zat yang sangat baik untuk kesehatan. Zat yang terkandung dari buah ini diantaranya terdiri dari air, tetapi juga mengandung asam askorbat (vitamin c) dan asam caffeic, yang membantu menenangkan iritasi kulit dan mengurangi pembengkakan. Pada kulit luar buah mentimun kaya akan serat dan mengandung berbagai mineral, termasuk silika, kalium dan magnesium.

Sudah lama sekali blog UDIK tidak update berita karena gak ada waktu untuk berbagi informasi di dunia maya. Kali ini saya menyempatkan sejenak menulis informasi kuliner di Indonesia yang sangat berfariasi. Saya ingin berbagi resep masakan (cooking recipes) untuk pengunjung blog UDIK yang suka dengan dunia masak yaitu cara membuat bolu kukus lembut.

Bolu kukus bisa dinikmati dengan secangkir teh atau kopi pada saat berkumpul bersama keluarga sehabis ayah pulang kerja. Cara membuat bolu kukus ini sangat simpel sekali Bunda, yuk langsung saja kita coba resep bolu kukus lembut ini.

Resep Bolu Kukus Lembut
  • 4 Telur
  • 200 gr gula pasir
  • 1 sdt SP
  • Vanili
  • 1 kara 65 ml ditambah air jadi 200 ml
  • 225 gr tepung terigu
  • 25 Susu bubuk dancow (3 sdm)
  • Meses

Cara Buat Bolu Kukus Lembut

  1. Telur, gula, SP di mixer sampai mengembang, kalo sudah mengembang masukkan tepung dan susu bubuk kemudian aduk rata.
  2. Terakhir masukkan santan, aduk lagi.
  3. Matikan mixer masukkan meses dan aduk rata.
  4. Siapkan loyang olesi dengan margarine dan tepung, masukkan adonan dan kukus sampai matang

Adobe Photoshop CS6 Portable. Ada yang baru setelah dirilisnya photoshop cs6 dengan penambahan fitur yang belum ada di photoshop cs5. Beberapa diantaranya Content Aware Age Tool, Superior HDR Imaging, Extraordinary Painting Effects dll.

Sudah lama sekali blog ini tidak saya update karena penyakit malas lagi menyerang. Untuk membuka artikel pertama setelah sekian lama vakum saya sekedar ingin berbagi informasi mengenai photoshop cs6. Beberapa hari lalu saya juga sempat posting artikel dengan tema yang sama yaitu tentang photoshop cs5. Photoshop cs6 adalah pengembangan dari photoshop cs5 yang didalamnya ada penambahan fitur yang canggih dan loading yang lebih cepat. Penambahan fitur photoshop cs6 ini ada pada fitur yang diberi nama Content Aware Age Tool yang berfungsi memberikan kemudahan pegguna untuk mengedit sebuah foto wajah dengan memberikan efek foto Anda menjadi lebih tua atau lebih muda.

Untuk fiturnya memang photoshop CS6 portable ini masih kalah lengkap jika dibandingkan versi berbayar, tapi untuk sekedar merasakan aura photoshop CS6, versi portable ini masih bisa dibilang lumayan juga. Apalagi photoshop CS6 versi portable ini bisa diunduh secara gratis dan ukuran filenya cuma 80MB sangat jauh perbandingannya kalau di bandingkan dengan versi asli yang ukuran filenya mencapai hampir 2GB.
